I cannot say enough good things about this endodontist and his entire office. Sometimes you leave a medical office feeling that what you paid was expensive. In this case, I left feeling that every dollar reflected the level of professionalism, expertise, care, and attention I received. The quality of care was truly exceptional. I came to the office in severe pain from a serious tooth infection that had already spread into my jaw. He immediately understood the urgency of my situation and told me to come in the very next day. From that moment on, I felt like I was genuinely being taken care of. One thing I especially appreciated was how detailed and thorough he was when explaining everything to me. He took the time to explain what had happened with my tooth, why I was experiencing the symptoms I had, what he was seeing, what needed to be done, and what the next steps would be. He made sure I actually understood my situation instead of just using medical terminology and rushing through the explanation. Dr Mitrut literally saved my tooth! He really cares and will go above and beyond to make sure your tooth is healthy. I ended up having a small infection and he redid the entire process before I got my crown. He really cares and his staff is amazing!!! Also, Lisa at the front desk is amazing and made every effort to get me an appointment as soon as possible! Really cannot emphasize enough how much I loved this place, even the root canal wasn’t terrible lol

I can’t emphasize how amazing Dr. Mitrut is. I’ve had two complicated root canals done by him and my experience has been a solid 10/10. He’s super knowledgeable and precise with his work that you instantly know that you’ll be in good hands. He walks you through the process and makes sure that you are comfortable. Also, a huge shoutout to his assistants, Brittany and Cynthia, for their calm presence and awesome teamwork with Dr. Mitrut. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Fantastic experience with Endodontist NYC and Dr Cezar Mitrut. I had a tricky situation, as my dentist was not able to fully numb my tooth twice and I needed a root canal. They call it hot tooth. Dr Mitrut was very patient, understanding and had great communication. In the end the procedure was completely painless. And the staff were fantastic as well! Highly recommend. As far as root canals can be, this was a great experience.

Dr. Mitrut is a caring professional and his staff is excellent as well. I had an emergency situation and was in a lot of pain and he adjusted his schedule to be able to see me. I also had questions about pre- medicating for the appointment due to knee replacement surgery and he was extremely helpful. I have been going to him several years now and I highly recommend him.
